Hands down the best auto service I have ever received. Ryan, one of the mechanics, found that my engine was burning oil and encouraged me multiple times to have Kia do an oil consumption test. I finally decided to go and Joe put all the paperwork together for me from all my oil changes so I could bring it with me to the dealership. After a few months of tests, Kia found that my car was indeed burning excess oil and I was able to get a new engine put in, completely covered by my extended warranty! I bring my car here, my husband brings his car here, I seriously think even if we moved we'd drive completely out of the way to go to Honest-1 because they are what they say they are-- honest. Thanks!

My go to for scheduled maintenance

First time going to Honest 1 for an oil change. The online appointment was super easy to make. They knew exactly what kind of oil I needed in my vehicle. They were very committed to providing me with excellent customer service.

They fixed my rim because I was loosing air. They also did an oil change. Everything was excellent as usual. Actually going again tomorrow because my strap broke holding my gas tank up. I’m confident that they will take care of it as usual. They live up to their name. ( Honest) one

I go here for both scheduled maintenance as well as surprise repairs on our cars which are 5+ years old. They are polite, reliable, complete repairs in a timely manner, and yes - in my experience - honest.

Great service, friendly staff. The waiting room has wifi so I was able to work while waiting for my car to be done. I was expecting to be there until the afternoon but I got there at 8am and left around 10am! Overall I think they had fair prices, definitely will be going back there for future work.
