I had a car I was ready to purchase inspected at Honest. Many real issues in the car. They did a great job of finding immediate and not immediate concerns. Oddly, the owner still insisted the car was perfect and refused to to lower her price. Her loss. I missed a bullet--thanks Honest!

I have brought several cars in for service. I did surprisingly receive honest service at a reasonable price. I also found Ricky Thanks guysto be very polite and took time to explain any work being done.

They didn’t do anything. I brought it in for an oil change and hood latch replacement. I went there because it seemed to have decent reviews. The mechanic couldn’t open the hood. Better yet he didn’t even move it from the parking lot. Said it was too complicated of a task. They give me an estimate of over 600.00. Over 300 for labor and over 300 for parts. When the parts that I need actually only cost total of thirty bucks. And the lazy mechanic didn’t feel like doing his job I guess. Watched a you tube video and the guy took three minutes to pop the hood . So that’s what I did. Popped my own hood and put my own oil in for nothing. Just found out a friend of mine can put the hood latch together for nothing. Seriously? Over six hundred for a hood latch? They should get a new mechanic . Preferably one not afraid to get his hands dirty.
