I am extremely dissatisfied with the repair I received. I was charged $650 to fix a horn issue and was told the cause was a burned-out wire. Instead of what I expected to be a proper repair, I found that a wire had simply been routed externally from the steering wheel circuit to the relay box. Looking at the finished work, it appears more like a workaround than a professional repair. You can see the wire laying across on top of the battery and im left concerned how safe this exposed wire is. My biggest issue is not that a bypass wire was used. My issue is that I paid $650 and was never offered alternative repair options. Had I known the final solution would be an exposed wire routed through the engine compartment, I would have asked more questions before authorizing the work. As a customer, I trusted the shop's expertise and expected workmanship that reflected the price I was paying. Instead, I left feeling like I was charged premium labor rates for a repair that looks unfinished and unprofessional. The horn may work now, but confidence in the quality of the repair is just as important as the repair itself. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering repairs here to ask for detailed explanations, photos of failed parts, and a written breakdown of exactly what work is being performed before approving expensive repairs.

I had a great experience with this body shop. The staff was professional, especially Dylan ! Very honest, and he kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the work was outstanding! my vehicle looks as good as new. They completed the repairs in a timely manner and made the whole experience stress free.
