Everyone was very pleasant. The waiting room was very clean and inviting. The play area was perfect for my kids while they waited a few minutes for me to check my car in. The staff was very informative about what was going to take place with my oil change. A nice surprise was that I was given a card to present at Applebee's for a discounted lunch while we waited for my car to be done. Thanks again!
