I Had gone to the dealer for an oil change. They suggested I need a few items too be serviced. I politely said no - got in my car and called Ricky. Within 10 minutes I showed Ricky what they had said and he took care of all that needs to be done for a much lower price and gave me the confidence that it was done right!
Always a good experience with quality care given!!!
no wait work was done professionally
Fantastic service as usual we have free service for our the Rav4 2017 but still it is better and trusted to have it serviced in Honest1. Thank you very much
Joe & Richie are simply great. They pay close attention to all of my concerns. If I'm in the East Brunswick area, they is no other place to go. My Toyota is great because of the work they did.
Thank you
Should be called dishonest auto care. Towed my car there because it wouldn’t start. They ended up cutting my wiring harnesses then sending me to dealership which cost me over $1200. Avoid this scamming place.
I am very sorry to hear you had such a bad experience at that repair shop. I do believ however, you have posted this review to my establishment in error as we have not have had a car towed in recently for not starting and having to send it to the Cars Dealership to be fixed nor do I have any record of your name in our system. I would however love to offer my professional opinion on what transpired and how I may lend some assistance. Please call me at 732-416-8591 and ask for me Richy.
Pleasant and thorough. Went in for standard oil change and tire rotation and found I had a defective axle that is covered under warranty. All the people there are pleasant to talk to and they explain things simply and matter of factly. Will continue my services here.
Great service!
First time/ Milltown's Honest1. Joe was very professional, I had my list of concerns. He explained in detail, exactly what would be done. Tool only a few hours, very reasonable price considering what was done. I felt like I was driving a new car! He even told me about having to change brake fluid that Toyota had never suggested. Honest1 will now be my car service in all future needs
